DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
ā
You finally started following your childhood dream of ballet, but in the back of your mind you can’t stop wondering:
ā
-
“Did I start too late to ever get good at this?”
ā
-
“Why does everyone else seem to be learning faster than me?”
āā
-
“Where would I be by now if I hadn’t stopped before?”
ā
It seems like everyone around you is more naturally talented, confident and "born for this," so you constantly find yourself thinking:
“What’s the point of trying when I’ll never be a real dancer anyway?”
ā
And now, you can't watch Center Stage without doing the that-should've-been-me sigh.āāāāā
ā
ā

Here's the truth no one tells you:
You’re not behind because you started "too late."
ā
You feel behind because your progress keeps getting reset.
ā
Not by lack of effort, but by the way you’ve been taught to think, train, and respond to yourself in class.
ā
Most adult beginners are accidentally slowing themselves down because they’re stuck in patterns like:
ā
-
Overthinking every combination
ā
-
Constant self-criticism
ā
-
Poorly defined goals
ā
-
Comparing themselves to everyone else
ā
-
Trying to do everything at once in class
ā
-
Quitting after discouraging experiences
ā
So instead of progressing, they keep starting and stopping and starting again…
ā
And every time, it feels like they’re back at the beginning.

This is what keeps you feeling behind.
ā
Not your age.
Not your body.
Not your "lack of talent."
ā
You don’t need more time, you need better use of the time you already spend in class.ā

Hi, I'm Veronica
Starting ballet at 27 with no experience, I felt like a TOTAL imposter.
ā
I remember walking into my first class in New York City, surrounded by young, talented dancers thinking:
ā
“I'm in WAY over my head...who do I think I am?”
ā
I had glittering dreams of performing on stages, wearing tutus & maybe even dancing en pointe one day but I was so overwhelmed by self-criticism and worrying that I'd already "missed my chance" that I couldn't stick with it.
I’d have a few good weeks, then give up when shame or self-doubt kicked in only to start over again.
ā
No matter how badly I wanted to improve, something wasn't working.
āā
I was never taught the most critical part of ballet:
how to think.
I didn't know how to focus or keep going when things got hard so my progress was messy and full of self doubt.
ā
Once I unlocked the mental side of ballet, everything changed.
ā
I didn’t magically become an amazing ballerina, but I learned faster, retained more, and finally felt like I was moving forward instead of constantly starting over.
āSuddenly, I went from a total beginner to getting my first pair of pointe shoes, dancing in The Nutcracker and performing in student showcases in just 1 year.
ā
Today, the techniques I used to do that are the same ones I've used to learn pottery, skiing, skateboarding and myriad of other new hobbies as an adult beginner as well.
ā
THIS is what you'll learn inside Adult Ballet Academy:
ā
How to remove the obstacles that are standing in your way so you can start moving ahead.
āāā
If you’ve ever thought:
ā
“I wonder where I'd be if I'd just stuck with it...”
ā
You’re exactly who this is for.

Have a Question? Check the FAQs
Q: Will this program teach ballet technique?
Not directly. Adult Ballet Academy is designed to accelerate your progress by teaching you how to think, train, and focus in class, so your learning compounds instead of resetting.
ā
That said, you will have access to our Ballet Basics bonus program inside the Academy. It’s perfect if you need to start from scratch, brush up on fundamentals, or refresh your technique. But the main program focuses on the mental strategies, consistency habits, and mindset shifts that make every class you take wildly more effective.
ā
Q: I’m a total beginner. Is this right for me?
Yes! Even if you’re brand new or returning after a break, this program will help you stop feeling behind and start moving forward. The Ballet Basics bonus is there to support anyone who needs foundational training.
ā
Q: I’m already taking classes consistently, will I benefit?
Absolutely. This program is all about making the classes you already take work for you. You’ll learn to retain combinations, stay focused, and stop spiraling, so your progress actually compounds.
ā
Q: How much time will this take each week?
Expect roughly 2–3 hours per week for the lessons, exercises, and workbooks. Most of the work happens while you’re already in class; we’re teaching you how to use that time effectively.
ā
Q: What if I miss a week or fall behind?
You’ll have LIFETIME ACCESS to this program. This is NOT a monthly membership fee. Once you join the Academy, you have access to course materials as long as the program exists. You can catch up at your own pace, and the strategies you learn will help you stay consistent even when life gets busy.
ā
Q: What makes this different from other ballet programs or online courses?
ā
Instead of giving you more content, drills, or classes, we focus on the way your mind interacts with your training. You’ll leave with a Ballet Brain that finally works with your body, so your effort actually leads to progress instead of stop-start cycles.
